AI at work, without your data leaving the building.

Axis apps run on the workstation, ask permission for everything, and keep their memory in plain text your team can audit. That is the whole security model, and it is the point.

Local by design

Work stays on the workstation. There is no Axis cloud sitting between your people and their files, which means there is nothing of yours for us to lose.

A sandbox with a permission model

Every app runs sealed off and requests narrow capabilities the user approves at install. There is no general filesystem access and no cross-app reach. What an app can do is what it asked for.

Approvals before scale

Automation in Axis earns trust the way a new hire does. Ponos runs a trial, presents the result as an approval card, and only then runs the batch. A human stays the gate.

Auditable memory

Everything apps remember lands in dated plain-text files on the machine. Compliance can read it with Notepad. No black box, no export request, no waiting.

The Greeks had a word for the work nobody wants. They called it ponos.

We named our enterprise engine after it, because that is exactly the work it takes off your team's desk.

Ponos the enterprise engine

Built for the repetitive systems work that eats junior analysts alive. An employee records a task once. AI compiles it into a repeatable automation, a second AI pass reviews the code, and the run appears in a work feed as an approval card. Managers see what ran, on what, and when. A built-in tutorial onboards new employees inside the app itself.

Runs lean. Chromium, Python, and optionally a local model. No exotic infrastructure, no per-seat cloud dependency, nothing your IT team has not already approved a hundred times.

Nous the browser your policies can live with

AI-assisted browsing with the guardrails written in. Password pages are never captured under any circumstance. A privacy blocklist keeps sensitive domains out of AI view entirely. And when an AI wants to navigate across domains, it waits for a human click.

Why it matters. Your team gets AI that can actually see and drive their web work, and your security review gets rules it can quote.

Minerva institutional knowledge, in plain text

Process notes, runbooks, and team knowledge as markdown files any tool can read. When a person leaves, what they knew stays. Minerva is a personal knowledge tool first, and team features with access controls are on the enterprise roadmap.

With your AI. An AI pointed at the vault answers from your team's own documentation instead of guessing.
Roadmap for teams
More enterprise apps are in active development.

The lineup above is the start of the corporate side of Axis, not the end of it. New enterprise apps join the ecosystem as they clear the same bar the first ones did.
